Purpose
Per-agent branded buyer portal. Buyer uses an access code to enter their agent's personalized version. Features:
- Offer grader — competitiveness scoring on buyer-initiated offers
- ARGUS risk engine — property risk analysis (shared with Iris — overlap to resolve)
- Market intel — live market conditions
- AI narrative — explains offer dynamics and property context in plain language
Current state
- Status: Pre-prod beta
- Replaces: Public IDX buyer experience (for represented buyers — unrepresented buyers still use public site)
- Access: Agent gives buyer an access code after FUB VIP Buyer registration
