Purpose

Property owner intelligence + audience grading (A+/A/B) for outreach campaigns. Produces lists for direct mail and digital prospecting. Integrated with Wise Pelican and Lob for physical postcard mailings.

Current state

  • Status: Live for land use cases, residential expansion planned (timeline not set)
  • Replaces: PropStream (~$100/month saved)
  • Primary user: Mitch Cain / Real Legacy Land and Auction division (current active user)
