Purpose

Active Claude skill for running the weekly Zillow Preferred coaching cycle. Drafts and sends coaching DMs to every agent on the Artemis Zillow roster using a locked template. Reference copy of the SKILL.md lives here; the operational copy is installed as a Claude skill.

Default: human-in-the-loop ("send it, next" per agent). Batch mode on request: all drafts surfaced for review, then fired in sequence.

Archive

Slack DM history is the canonical archive. No vault writes per message by default.

Graduation history

  • 2026-04-20 — Skill locked in after full first-cycle execution (18 agents sent using the template). First cycle that included "What You're Teaching Zillow" cause-and-effect one-liner. All messages archived in Slack DM history.

Open questions / next iteration

  • Batch mode mechanics: if Fred adopts batch review, build the "send all" trigger flow explicitly
  • Sales contest language: when Fred launches the April 1–May 31 contest, add contest framing section to the template
  • Seneca brain integration: evaluate whether Seneca should run this cycle autonomously for initial drafts that Fred reviews via Slack (current approach is Claude-web-driven with Fred-in-the-loop)
  • LO name mapping: grow the named-LO list as more agents switch away from generic ZHL contact. Current state (as of 2026-04-20): Bradley Whitener → Miranda Taylor; Tara Benson → switching toward Luebbers; others → generic
