Super Team Status Multiplier
- At $100M team volume, Real Broker grants "super team" status and cuts caps to ~$4,000.
- Team is currently hovering around $90M. Crossing $100M benefits everyone.
- Every agent's production contributes to this threshold — "everybody helps."
Context
This incentive was announced in the Feb 2025 Chad Wilkins coaching call. Fred is using it to encourage Flex adoption — especially among rural agents who might otherwise avoid the program due to performance pressure. The message: high performance pays for itself.
