Orion is the team's custom PropStream replacement — a targeted marketing engine that identifies likely sellers and buyers by county, applies custom filters (absentee owners, long holds, estate transfers, acreage), grades response likelihood, and outputs either a Wise Pelican-ready mailing list or a Lob API postcard campaign. Launched with farmland first (Mitch Cain / Real Legacy Land and Auction); residential + multi-family variants planned. Lob API Postcard Campaign
When Wise Pelican credits are exhausted, Orion can build AND send postcards through Lob. The campaign button is designed to evolve from "Download" to "Start My Campaign" — one click sends the physical mail.
Auction Postcard Builder
Feed an auction landing page URL to Orion → Orion builds a branded postcard with property details, QR code to the auction, and lead capture on the back. Pulls features, imagery, and soil data from the landing page source. Supports the Real Legacy Land and Auction marketing flow for Mitch Cain and Chad Ackley.
Audience Grading
Likelihood is scored across multiple dimensions of owner behavior and property characteristics. A+ and A tiers produce the highest response rates and are the default recommendation. Drop B, B-, and C tiers from mail runs to preserve budget for responders.
Automation Vision
The infrastructure is in place for MLS-triggered campaigns:
- MLS closes a listing
- Claude picks up the trigger
- Orion loads the closed property
- Rule set fires: "Target 100 homes in the area with a 'We Just Sold Your Home' postcard"
- Send cost threshold (e.g., $100) triggers a Slack alert to Fred before spend
This converts every closing into a neighborhood farming event with zero manual effort.
